Why do I do this?

After experiencing burnout and post-viral fatigue, I learned first-hand how powerful breathwork, meditation and holistic practices can be in rebuilding wellbeing. With over 12 years of experience in Learning and Organisational Development, I now bring together wellbeing science and embodied practices to help individuals and workplaces feel better, lead better and thrive.
