Introduction to Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful, science-backed practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to support emotional release, reduce stress, and create deep transformation in both the mind and body.


Most of us don’t breathe to our full capacity. In fact, around 90% of people have developed shallow or dysfunctional breathing habits due to stress, modern lifestyles, or past emotional experiences. These habits can keep the body stuck in a stress response, even when we’re trying to relax.


But your breath is one of the most accessible and underused tools for healing, performance, and well-being.


By changing the quality, rhythm, and awareness of your breath, you can shift how you feel, how you think, and how you respond to life.


As the saying goes: Control your breath, control your life.


I offer two styles of breathwork, one focused on conscious regulation and practical tools, and one that works with the subconscious for deeper emotional healing.

Who is Breathwork for?

Breathwork is for anyone who wants to feel more connected, calm, clear, and in control in both body and mind. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, process emotion, or simply breathe better, there’s a style of breathwork that can support you.

The Type of Breathwork I Offer

Vanta Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathwork.

Available as 1:1 sessions or in a group setting, Vanta is my signature style of Conscious Connected Breathwork a deeper, more active breath practice that invites emotional release, subconscious healing, and powerful insight.


This style of breathwork uses a continuous breathing pattern to bypass the conscious mind, helping you access and release mental, emotional or energetic blockages. It can support you to rewire limiting beliefs, shift how you relate to yourself, and reconnect with your inner truth.


No two sessions are the same. What comes up is exactly what’s needed. You’ll be held in a safe, supportive space to explore whatever’s ready to shift.

Pranayama Breathwork – 1:1 Sessions


This is a gentle yet powerful style of breathwork rooted in ancient yogic tradition. I use simple, guided techniques drawn from Pranayama to help you work with your breath in a conscious, healing way.


Each session is tailored to how you’re feeling, whether you need calm, clarity, focus, or rest. These techniques are incredibly effective for improving breathing habits, regulating your nervous system, supporting better sleep, helping you feel more relaxed and present in your daily life.


No experience is needed. You’ll be gently guided through the session with full support and practical tools you can take away with you.

  • 3-session bundle: £150

  • 5-session bundle: £245


All sessions are 60 minutes duration.

Which type of breathwork should I choose?

If you want practical tools to manage stress, sleep, or focus, start with Pranayama.


If you're looking for emotional release, clarity, or inner transformation Conscious Connected Breathwork may be a better fit.
