Why Choose Me

My approach blends over a decade of experience in organisational and leadership development with well-being practices, supporting both individuals and teams to flourish from the inside out.

Before returning to the corporate world in 2023, I ran my own Baby Sensory® learning and development franchise for nearly 7 years, specialising in neuroscience, emotional development, and early brain development. That work shaped my passion for creating emotionally attuned environments, from the earliest stages of life to work places.

Today, I combine breathwork, nervous system regulation, meditation, mindfulness, Belief Coding®, and real-world leadership insight to bring evidence-based, human-centred experiences into the workplace.
