💫 How Dance Helped Me Find Myself Again (And Might Help You Too)

Two years ago today, I set off for my Belief Coding® training and I had no idea just how much my life was about to change.

Just months earlier, I’d sold the baby development business I’d poured my heart and soul into for seven years. It had been more than a job, it was my identity, my purpose, my whole world. And suddenly... it wasn’t.

Even though I had chosen to let it go, I felt completely lost. My chest felt heavy, my energy was drained, and I was deep in burnout again. I couldn’t sleep. I was overthinking everything. I cried constantly. And underneath it all, I just didn’t feel like me anymore.


The Smallest Shifts Can Be the Most Powerful

I didn’t know where to begin, but I knew something had to change, so I started small.

I moved. I stretched. I circled my hips. I rolled my shoulders. And then... I danced.

Not a performance. Not a class. Just me and the music, dancing around the kitchen or bedroom, letting my body lead. If one song didn’t lift me, I’d try another… and another. Usually by the third or fourth, something shifted. I felt lighter. More connected. More me.

Eventually, this turned into a simple morning ritual:💃 Move📝 Journal🧘‍♀️ Meditate

Step by step, I came back to myself.


From Movement to Meaning

That morning ritual gave me just enough energy and clarity to start exploring new possibilities. And that path led me to Belief Coding® a powerful modality that helped me uncover and shift the unconscious beliefs that were shaping so much of my reality.
