In the centre of a table lays a book open. Beside it is a coffee and a candle in a jar that's lit.

I’ve always loved books. They’ve been a constant companion, guiding me through life, business, and my own personal healing journey.

Some books entertain, others inspire, but every so often, you come across one that truly shifts the way you see the world, and yourself.

Here are six that set me on a path I could never have imagined:

  1. The Secret – Rhonda Byrne

A gateway into the power of intention and energy, and the spark that opened me up to a whole new way of thinking.

  1. The Power of Now – Eckhart Tolle

A reminder that peace is only ever found in this present moment.

  1. The Source – Dr Tara Swart

Blending neuroscience with spirituality, helping me understand how powerful the brain really is.

  1. The Biology of Belief – Dr Bruce Lipton

The book that showed me the science of how our beliefs influence our biology and health.

  1. The Universe Has Your Back – Gabrielle Bernstein

A comforting, practical guide for trusting life, even when it feels uncertain.

  1. Why Woo Woo Works – Dr David Hamilton

A fascinating look at the science behind holistic practices, and why they have such a powerful impact.

📚 Each of these books has helped me peel back another layer of understanding, and together they’ve paved the way for the work I now do with others, guiding them through transformation, healing, and growth.

I’d love to know: which books have had the biggest impact on you? I’m always on the lookout for new ones.

With love,

Kelly xx
